Qualifications
- Bachelor in IT, MIS, Accounting, Engineering or related fields.
- More than 1 year of working experience in application support.
- Experience in application consultants would be advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and good interpersonal skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Good command of English, able to communicate in English.
- Knowledge in Database, MS SQL, Crystal Reports, SSRS Reports be an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Perform consulting tasks which include get user’s requirements, application training, business process mapping, gap analysis, user acceptance test, data migration, go live support, etc.
- Analyze the requirements and provide the customers with the solutions (such as standard solutions, work-around solutions, and customization solutions, etc.)
- Application support to solve users’ problems by remote, phone, email, etc.
- Application testing to verify the problems and reproduce the problem in another environment, and verifying the results.
- Define specifications of application development and work with development team.
